CrossFit Roughnecks will help guide you, your bridesmaids, your fiancee, or anyone else looking to trim up for the wedding.  We will be happy to create a custom bridal party package to help meet any goals you may have and the best part is that you can do it together.  Nothing is better or more effective than doing things with your best friends or loved ones.  Why should fitness training be any different.

First question you should ask is "How do I get started?"

To get started you need to contact Alex to register for your FREE introductory class. These are typically held on Saturday mornings at 10am.  This will give you a hands on experience on what CrossFit is, and how it can help you.  You will also have an opportunity to ask questions, see the facility, and sign up for your On-Ramp Class to begin your fitness transformation.  

On-Ramp is the first step to getting you on your way!  It is a small class setting where we go over form, technique, workouts, stretching, concepts of CrossFit, and any other questions you may have. Click here for more information.  After graduating, you will then be allowed to work out with the regular classes and start to amp up your intensity to really see what you can do. Be sure and bring in your flyer from the BES to receive an additional 10% off of On-Ramp. 

There is no age, ability, or fitness requirement to join.  Anyone and everyone can do this and we can tailor each workout to your strength, endurance, or ability.
